Large equestrian center in Prosper, Texas is looking for experienced barn help. Duties include stall cleaning, feeding, facility maintenance, grounds maintenance, handling horses for turnout and more. The appropriate candidate will have the following skills: Be a self-starter able to efficiently handle a busy, fast-paced schedule. Able to lift more than 50 pounds. Able to work in heat or cold. Position includes significant walking and manual, physical work. Must have reliable transportation.
Qualifications:
Experience working around horses. Comfortable handling horses for turnout, cleaning out feet and more. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and enjoys staying active. Additional duties include maintaining and improvement of the facility and property. Mowing and tractor work.
